Newman Homes and Renovations is a multi-generational building company. From our humble beginnings, founded in 1976 as Splendor Homes we quickly became recognised as a local family builder. Together as a family team, Splendor Homes serviced the new homes and renovation market where contracts were made on a trusted hand shake. Later, we moved into specialising in steel frame homes from which the name Steeltek Constructions was born. We provided experience and expertise in an undeveloped market of steel frames, giving home owners greater choice in their building products.

As the family grew and the traditional skills of building and carpentry were handed down, Newman Homes and Renovations was launched under the direction of Jason Newman who continues to provide families with quality homes on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. With his 20+ years of experience in building, coupled with the guidance from grandparents and parents in the trade, he was more than qualified to take the reins.
